Royell Manufacturing, a progressive aerospace machine shop, is looking to fill our opening for CNC Shop Supervisor.

The supervisor is responsible for hiring, training, developing, and directing production employees to ensure that they are successful. This includes evaluating employee performance and developing improvement plans as required. This position requires effective written and oral communication skills with hands on leadership. The successful candidate will assign labor, ensure that next jobs are staged and ready to produce, review and resolve machine scheduling issues, and follow up throughout the day to maintain production.

CNC Milling Machinists Updated Jan 16
Experienced CNC machinists will set up and run programs on 3, 4 and 5 axis milling machines. Aerospace experience preferred.

Work day shift, 4x10 hour days, Tuesday to Friday. Weekend day shifts 3 x 12 hour days Friday, Saturday Sunday. We offer full benefits and 401k matching.
