At Royell we are seriously supporting our customer's spares, aircraft conversion and AOG requirements. Therefore we have developed this support as a separate Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU).
Our Spares MBU was established to maintain all customer short flow requirements. This team processes more than fifty requirements weekly with average response times of five days.
Primarily a spares team, we have been called upon numerous times by companies including Boeing to help support their load date requirements. Royell has consistently found ways to blue streak these short flow requirements through the system.
Our Spares Team supports
- Post production spares
- SOS and AOG requirements
- Emergent offload
- Aircraft conversion programs
We have dedicated equipment including (4) CNC vertical milling machines and sheet metal forming support equipment kept available 24/7 for rapid response to customer requirements such as AOG (aircraft on ground) and SOS conditions. We also have a full conventional machining and grinding department to support all of our tooling needs.
