We utilize our custom developed web-based software, e)SYS, to integrate a bundle of capabilities into kits and assemblies enabling the management of a group of traditional suppliers. Our strategy is a seamless flow of information between our customers, internal operations and external suppliers.

Bid Control
Bid Control combines a complete range of estimating functionality with real-time vendor quotations to reduce the time and cost required to produce bid proposals. This includes Vendor Control, and the Document Control drawing library. Any number of vendors can be bid and their quotes can be viewed and assigned to a final estimate roll-up.

Program Control
Program Control follows on from Bid Control and allows for full visibility during the program management of production schedules. Functionality includes first lot tracking and status reporting. Recovery plans are automatically issued when there is a schedule violation.

Network Control
Network Control allows for the supply chain management of a group of strategic suppliers. Suppliers are selected and become strategic partners from contract award through final delivery to our customer. This not only allows the seamless movement of bid packages but also allows for the visual control of schedules to be managed throughout the program life cycle.
