To increase productivity and reduce response times, we are continually developing our own information technology to provide a seamless connection between our customers our employees and our suppliers.
The Internet
Our active web site is continually updated and is the portal to our various day-to-day business activities. This includes shop floor work movement activity and company quality procedures, work instructions and HR policies. Our web based supplier management estimating, scheduling and parts tracking system can also be accessed from this site.
Bar Coding
Bar coding is used for material receiving and parts identification as required by our customers at shipping. Over the last two years we have been implementing bar coding throughout the shop floor. Monitoring operator hours at each manufacturing process and work movement between work cells.
